Having been to Equador and the Galapagos Islands in 2020, just as COVID started, your advert naming these places caught my interest so I just had to see what information there was about the jewellery you sell. Information was very interesting so I purchased two necklaces, the Chica necklace and matching earrings and the Smarties necklace and was not disappointed with my purchase. The necklaces are beautiful with vibrant colours, lovely designs, very light in weight with a very simple way of lengthening or shortening to the desired length. The items were very well packaged and delivered promptly. This is not the last purchase I will make from Happy Elephant.
I have just worn my ISABELA necklace for the first time. Although I’m a petite lady, the necklace did not feel too big on me. I love the mix of colours and look forward to wearing it often. I have already decided what I would like to buy next.
The necklace reminds me of a great holiday spent in Ecuador and the Galapagos.

When living in Ecuador, we were fortunate enough to meet two of Ecuador’s finest tagua artisans, Cesar and his wife Teresa. For five years we have worked hand-in-hand with this talented Indigenous Quichua artisan family who bring to life beautiful handcrafted jewellery from nature.
What we love is the connections we have made over the years and how we have come to rely on one another. We felt so moved that our very first order with Cesar meant he was able buy his family their very first washing machine!
