Altered the length to suit clothes but can’t readjust as strings too stiff. However, on posting this review I received a very quick reply with advice and now all is well. Both pieces I ordered are beautiful and as advertised
Hi Gillian, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the stiffness. This can happen initially as the cords are new. You just need to pull them together and then apart a couple of times and they should loosen and be easier to adjust on the following times you wear it. Enjoy the lovely necklace!

I love my cute turtle necklace. It is so tactile and the colour is rich and deep. The slip knot on the cord is a winner too as I struggle with clasps.
